During this phase we will conduct further and more in-depth research and analysis of your needs with key internal and external stakeholders.
Regular reporting of progress will be provided in an agreed format.

Recommendations
We will provide a written report, outlining our recommendations and identifying quick wins where appropriate.
A wrap-up meeting will be conducted with Project Sponsors at the conclusion of this phase to advise on the best way forward.

Implementation
We also provide support for organisations in the
